But to be appraisal market sales of the stainless steel could meet with industry, and will be expected to the composition of the elements of the stainless steel qualitative and quantitative analysis detection.Nowadays the kinds of stainless steel have increased to100varieties, quality constantly optimization, along with the development of the stainless steel, chemical composition analysis of stainless steel means are increasing. General chemical analysis system and instrument analysis system two kinds big, which belongs to the instrument analysis the system of X-ray fluorescence analysis technology in the measurement of stainless steel is a rapid, when nondestructive, accurate, the operation is simple, the reliable result of advantages, widely used in recent years gradually. In this article, the portable energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence analysis on chrome nickel stainless steel elements and the interference elements to quick analysis research to chrome nickel stainless steel as the research object, and through the theoretical and experimental verification that X-ray analysis technological measurement stainless steel chemical composition is a kind of high efficient and nondestructive, reliable methods, basically can meet the requirements of the stainless steel composition analysis, this paper made the following results:1) The relative standard deviation formula in the IED-2000T many elements to the accuracy of the fast analyzer do the evaluation. In measuring conditions of the same premise to sample name for1659Cr-Ni stainless steel samples repeated measurement27times, each time measuring time for100s, will the measurement data according to standard deviation formula analysis0.11%RSD, XRF analyzer accuracy that the very good;2) Through the experiment IED2000-T handheld many elements of the stainless steel fast analyzer determine optimal parameters. The best stimulate pipe pressure is17kV to21kV, best stimulate pipe flow is6μ A to10μA, the best measure time for100s;3) The paper through a variety of various mathematical method to nickel chrome stainless steel matrix effect-features and characteristics of absorption enhanced effect of calibration, has achieved good results;4) Use a verified good IED-2000T type element fast analyzer, measurement of a group of chromium nickel stainless steel unknown samples, the measurement results can be and chemical analysis value comparable. Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni average relative errors are0.22%,0.47%,0.13%,0.79%, and greatly improve the accuracy of the instrument measurement results, basic to the requirements of the stainless steel industry.Through this paper analysis showed that portable energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence analyzer test alloy stainless steel chemical composition is a kind of fast, accurate, nondestructive, advanced detection means.
