In view of the heavy oil great viscosity and difficulty to extract, this articledesigns to use chemical reagents to proceed cold flow production displacement. Usingchemical reagents to change heavy oil system for O/W type emulsion and therefore todecrease the viscosity is the main principle of the method, except this, they can reducethe interfacial tension and change rock surface wettability. After prepare cold flowproduction displacement agent which is combination with the surface properties andcharacteristics of surfactants used in the experiment, we proceed to evaluate therelated performance of all the oil displacement agent of cold flow production.Experimental projects including: water-soluble evaluation; compatibility assessment;droping the interfacial tension effect evaluation; viscosity break effect evaluation;neogenic emulsion type evaluation and emulsion stability evaluation. Through theexperiments, we know oil displacement agents of cold flow production related aregood water-soluble and compatibility in clear water. Joining oil displacement agentsof cold flow production can keep oil and water interfacial tension with a certaindegree of drop. At the same time,after join oil displacement agents of cold flowproduction, the viscosity of the heavy oil system has a certain degree of drop. Andform O/W type emulsion, which can maintain stable flowing.Through the experiments, we select10kinds of oil displacement agents of coldflow production that perform well to proceed oil displacement effect evaluation, andthe conclusion that using oil displacement agents of cold flow production can improveoil recovery within a certain degree. Among them,1,6,14and15have the best effect.They are preferable oil displacement agents of cold flow production. But when theyare used together with alkali, we found that oil displacement agents of cold flowproduction rated in the experiment are not suitable to use with alkali compound.Finally, using1,6,14,15of oil displacement agents of cold flow production to proceed the experiments of the parameters on the oil displacement effect assessment.Experimental contents include: filling in concentration evaluation; injection quantityevaluation; after injection reaction time evaluation; injection pattern evaluation andinjection rate evaluation. Through the experiments, we know that when theconcentration of oil displacement agents of cold flow production is0.5%, and undercontinuous injection quantity of1PV and injection rate of1ml/min,they have thepreferable oil displacement effect quickly.
