At present, corrosion science and protection technology and national economicconstruction and social development were closely related. Corrosion will corrode notonly reduced the life of the service structures, increased the maintenance and repaircost, cause the production suspension work, created the heavy accident affecting thepersonal safety and so on. The development corrosion protection technology reducesthe economic loss to have the very vital significance.The polyaniline (PANI) by its good chemical property, the unique dopingperformance, low price and so easy to get and so on characteristics to arouse scientistwidespread interest in recent years, and became the research the focal point.In this paper, polyaniline was prepared using chemical method, then the productwas deprotonated in the excess of ammonium hydroxide to yield the correspondingpolyaniline base, the polyaniline base was deprotonated in other acids, the influencingfactors including morphography and conductiity of polyaninle were studied, at last theoptimal product was synthesized. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopytechnology is one of the most commonly used electrochemical corrosion methods thatstudy organic coatings. The main research results are as follows:(1) The direct mixed reaction is a convenient and effective method to synthesizepolyaniline nanostructure..The kinds of doped acid played a major role onmorphology of polyaniline.(2) The polyaniline base was deprotonated in tartaric acid(TA), the condition isthat reaction mass of polyaniline/tartaric acid is1:1, reaction time is24h, reactiontemperature is25℃. They were studied through SEM、IR spectra and UV-visspectra.(3) The polyaniline base was redoped using p-methylphenylsulfonic acid.P-methylphenylsulfonic acid/polyaniline (TSA/PANI) were prepared for theconductivity measurement under the different condition. Reaction mass ratio is1:2, reaction time is8h reaction temperature is25℃. The morphology of TSA/PANI wereinvestigated using transmission electron microscopy (TEM).(4)Electrochemical corrosion measurements results indicated that the polyanilinedoped HCl have more excellent corrosion protection than the doped polyaniline in3.5%NaCl aqueous solution.The redoped polyaniline with TA have more excellentcorrosion protection than than the redoped polyaniline with TSA.
