The experiment was divided into three steps:the first step,TiCl4, ZnCl2and NH3.H2O were selected as the raw materials, polyethylene glycol (PEG)400were selected as modifier, synthesis of nanometre titanium dioxide and nanometre zinc oxide composite powderbody which adopt precipitation.and research that different dispersants have some effect to nanometre titanium dioxide and nanometre zinc oxide complex.The second step,acrylic acid,butyl acrylate were selected as raw materials, ammonium persulfate be selected as initiator,synthetic of acrylic emulsion which use the monomer titration.and research that various reaction conditions have some law to the raw materials aggregate,which determine the reaction conditions.Finally,the modified nanocomposite and acrylate emulsion were dispersed adequately under low speed to form the shield coating of ZnO/TiO2nanocomposite modified complexing acrylate.The uvioresistant and mechanical properties have been tested and analysised. We also propose constructive on research and exploitation on nano coating material.
