Due to strengthening of people’s environmental protection awareness as well asmany countries of the world made the lowest sulfur-contained standard for fuel oil. Asa result, low sulfur fuel oil is a development trend. The typical hydrodesulfurizingtechnology can effectively remove the most sulfur-contained substances. However,the lower sulfur content required, the more difficult to reach the desulphurizationcondition. Because of the increasingly serious technical and economic problem, thewhole world focuses on the more economical and effective desulphurizationtechnology. Recent years, many researchers focus on oxidative desulphurizationbecause this technology is not consuming hydrogen and require simple equipments aswell as the effective desulphurization results.The project used diesel as feedstock, selected sulphide from hydrogenperoxide-trichloroacetic acid-Fe2+the Ternary System oxidative diesel and oxidized to sulfones,and then used extraction to remove sulfur and used ultrasonic condition to inspectdesulphurization results. This project intended to research affection of the mixtureratio between diesel and oxidant and catalyst and oxidation reaction temperature toreaction and determine the optimal process conditions.Through orthogonal test, the analysis on the influence factors of thedesulphurization degree and diesel yield coefficient namely the volume ratio of theoxidizing agents and oil, the oxidation temperature, the volume ratio of the extractantand oil, extraction time, the volume ratio of the hydrogen peroxide and acid, the moleratio of the ferrous ion and hydrogen peroxide, the oxidation time determine the orderof the effect extent of the desulfurization degree and yield coeffcient.Test shows that desulfurization degree of diesel oil can be80%, sulfur contentsreduce to200ppm, and yield coefficient of diesel oil is70%~80%under thefollowing circumstances: the ratio of oxidizer and oil, peroxide and acid are same-size;Oxidizing temperature achieves70℃, and time of Oxidizing is60minitues; the ratioof extracting agent and oil is same-size and the time of extracting is20minutes. withthe help of ultrasonic of40kHz,100W, desulfurization degree achieves85%.Ultrasonic plays a great function in raising desulfurization degree shortening andreaction time.
