Heat resistance and transparent resin matrix composites have qualitative light, impact resistance,easy process molding, good safety, and so on, in aviation, spaceflight, electronic and electricappliances,instrumentation,automobile, the manufacturing of machinery and other fields have a widerange of applications. This paper, starting from the angle of the relationship of structure and properties ofthe heat resistance and transparent composite materials, two series of PAR were synthesized by interfaciapolycondensation,this paper includes the following three parts:1.1,1-bis-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-cyclohexane(cyclohexyl bisphenol,BHPC) is obtained fromcondensating of phenol and cyclohexanone in the presence of hydrogen chloride as catalyst,andmercaptoacetic acid as help catalyst. To explore the method of producting cyclohexyl bisphenol throughchanging the reaction condition of experiment.Chosing sulfonated PEKK、phosphorus trichloride and soon as catalyst,and mercaptoacetic acid as help catalyst,cyclohexyl bisphenol is obtained from differentreationg experiment condition.Its structure is characterized by Fourier infrared absorb spectrum (FT-IR)and proton nuclear magnetic resonance (~1H-NMR). As a rusult, hydrogen chloride as catalyst,andmercaptoacetic acid as help catalyst, cyclohexanone: phenol:mercaptoacetic acid=1:3.5:0.07,theproduction rate is higher,the production rate is58%after recrystallization three times with95%ethanol.2.PAR-A/S(PAR-C/S) were synthesized by interfacial polycondensation with paraphthaloylchloride(TPC),isophthaloyl chloride(IPC),BHPC,1,1-bis-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-cyclopropane(bisphenolA,BPA) and4,4’-bis-hydroxyl-bis-benzensulphone(bisphenol S,BPS)as monomers and using excessiveBPS to control end-capping base structure. The structure of the copolymers was characterized by FT-IRand~1H-NMR. The thermal behavior of the copolymers was investigated by DSC and TGA.The resultsshowed that PAR have performance of heat-risisting and high transparent; the glass transitiontemperature(T_g) decreased a little with the increase of the amount of the molar ratio of BPS;5%residualweight temperature (T_d) increased with the increase of the amount of the molar ratio of BPS; T_gofPAR-A/S was in the range of189.4~192.8℃,T_dwas in the range of399.0~478.1℃; T_gof PAR-C/S wasin the range of207.0~215.2℃, T_dwas in the range of480.4~488.8℃;the light transmittance of thevisible in the400nm is86.24%. 3. PAR-A/C were synthesized by interfacia polycondensation with BPA, BHPC,TPC and IPC asmonomers, the structure and performance of copolymers were controlled by change the molar ration ofBPA and BHPC. The structure of the copolymers was characterized by FT-IR and~1H-NMR. The thermalbehavior of the copolymers was investigated by DSC and TGA.The results showed that the copolymershowed excellent thermal resistance behavior、mechanical properties and high transparent; T_gofPAR-A/C was in the range of190.5~215.2℃,T_din the range of399.0~486.8℃;the light transmittance ofthe visible in the400nm is88.14%;T_gand T_dincreased with the increase of the amount of the molar ratioof BHPC.
