In the paper, anionic polyether waterborne polyurethane emulsion wassynthesized by prepolymer method using TDI,polyether glycol and DMPA as rawmaterials. A series of aqueous polyurethane emulsion were synthesized using N60instead of DMPA as chain extender.Modified Acrylic-aqueous polyurethaneemulsions were prepared. The structures and properties of the product werecharacterized by FTIR, TEM, Tensile testing, etc.(1) Anionic aqueous polyurethane (PU)dispersions were synthesized usingprepolymer mixing process. The effects of amount of dosage of DMPA, molar ratioof-NCO/-OH, neutralization, water addition rate, dispersed and chain extendedtemperature and ethylene diamine addition content on emulsion and mechanicalproperties of the film casted from the emulsion were discussed.(2) A series of aqueous polyurethane emulsion were synthesized using N60instead of DMPA as chain extender. The effects of amount of reactiontemperature,dosage of N60, water addition rate and chain extended temperaturecontent on emulsion and mechanical properties of the film casted from the emulsionwere discussed.(3) Modified Acrylic-aqueous polyurethane emulsions were prepared by meansof mechanical blending and core-shell polymerization processes. The effects ofdifferent modified method, initiator and mulsifier on the emulsion and properties ofthe film were discussed.
