The three-dimensional electrode-electro-Fenton method is a new type of electro-chemical water treatment technologies, Through the coupling of the three-dimensional electrode and electro-Fenton method, give full play to the advantages of the two methods, greatly enhancing the efficiency of wastewater to remove. Has become a hot research field of electrochemical wastewater treatment. In this experiment, phenol and formaldehyde simulated wastewater as the resear-ch object, Using the Homemade three-dimensional electrode-electro-Fenton device for the simulated wastewater treatment. Study five factors of the initial concentration, pH value, electrode distance, the electrolysis voltage and electrolysis time on the rem-oval rate of phenol and formaldehyde, obtained the optimal treatment conditions and the affect degree of each condition. The practical treating effect was evaluated synthe-tically by the indicators of COD and TOC, According to the best removal conditions of phenol and formaldehyde, Select a set of optimal conditions for the mixed phenolic wastewater treatment.Orthogonal experiment results show that the impact of various factors on phenol removal using three-dimensional electrode-electro-Fenton method as pH value> elec-trolysis voltage>the initial concentration>electrode distance>electrolysis time. The best removal condition in this method is initial phenol concentration of300mg/L; pH3; electrode distance2cm; electrolysis voltage of9V; electrolysis time of120min. The impact of various factors on formaldehyde removal using three-dimensional electrode-electro-Fenton method as electrolysis time>pH value>electrolysis voltage> electrode distance> the initial concentration. The best removal condition in this method is initial phenol concentration of300mg/L; pH3; electrode distance2cm; electrolysis voltage of9V; electrolysis time of90min.Treatment of phenol organic wastewater under optimal removal conditions, elect-rolysis120min, the COD removal rate was88.8%,TOC removal rate was88.6%. The optimal conditions for formaldehyde simulated organic wastewater treatment, after electrolysis90min, the COD and TOC removal efficiencies were91.5%and92.4%.According to the best removal conditions of phenol and formaldehyde, Select a set of conditions that initial phenol concentration of300mg/L; pH3; electrode distance2cm; electrolysis voltage of9V; electrolysis time of120min as the treatment condion for the mixed phenolic wastewater treatment. Under these conditions, the highest removal rate of TOC reached80%.The experiments show that the three-dimensional electrode-electro-Fenton met-hod was a practicable and effect obvious way for phenolic wastewater treatment, Providing some reference for the actual wastewater treatment.
