Research Of Microbial Community Structure In MABR

This research is emphasis on qualitative and quantitative analysis of microbialcommunity combined with MABR sewage treatment process, using moleculartechniques such as real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR,454pyrosequencing andelectrophoresis technology. It discusses the influence of the change rule of themicrobial community and external changing conditions on the type and quantity ofmicrobial community though the research of a complete operating cycle. Thusinfluence factors of the treatment effect on MABR can be fundamentally found. Thishas significance on the optimization of system operation and improving no bubbleaeration membrane bioreactor treatment effect and can lay the solid foundation onMABR business promotion. The results are as follows:（1）In MABR sewage treatment system Biodiversity values fluctuates at5.0indifferent stages and operating conditions, so the MABR sewage treatment system hashigh biological diversity. This indicates that microbial system has great ability toadapt the changes of the external operating conditions. Thus it can ensure MABRsewage treatment system great treatment effect on pollutant, such as COD, ammonia,nitrate and nitrite.（2）In the different stages of MABR, it has both the same microbial species andspecific microbial species. The specific microbial species are due to the graduallychanges of external conditions. In different stages, there exist always dominantspecies, gradually losing advantage position to dying out after changing conditionsand secondary population becoming advantage species after long-term evolution.（3）In MABR sewage treatment system, the total number of copies of thebacteria has remained above107, and MABR has good effect on removing COD. NirSdecreased first and then increased. Copy numbers remain at106or more. AOB had a violent reaction to the external condition changes. Changing conditions canremarkably influence the AOB Copy Number, and it changes from104to106. Thenumber of microbial copy changes will directly affect the pollutant treatment effectand this consists with our macro monitoring treatment results.
