Chemists are more interested in these complexes for their potential applicationsin many aspects of nonlinear optical materials, porous materials, magnetic materials, drug storage and transport, superconducting materials and catalysis, and so on. Thepyridine and amide groups assembled in the same ligands can increase thefunctionality of the organic ligands, and a variety of novel structures with specialfeatures are constructed by using these ligands. By using these ligands, a variety ofnovel structures were constructed and their properties in electrochemical, optical, catalytic, magnetic and biological simulation have been studied. Accordingly, themain contents of this thesis are as follows:(1) N,N′-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)oxamide (H2L1) ligand is synthesized. And a newdinuclear copper(II) complex [Cu2L1(DMF)4]2ClO4(1) is synthesized andcharacterized using X-ray diffraction single crystal structure determination, IR andvariable temperature magnetic.(2) Reaction of H2L1, NaN(CN)2with Zn(NO3)26H2O or NiCl26H2O yields twonovel polymers [Zn2(CNNCN)2L1]n(2) and [Ni2(CNNCN)2(CH3CH2OH)2L1]n(3)which contain both double-stranded chain and characterized using X-ray diffractionsingle crystal structure determination, IR spectra.(3) N,N′-bis(4-pyridylmethyl) oxamide (H2L2) ligands is synthesized. And Fourtwo-dimensional polymers {[Cd(CNNCN)2L2]·2CH3CH2OH}n(3),{[Mn(CNNCN)2L2]·2CH3CH2OH}n(4),{[Co(CNNCN)2L2]·2CH3CH2OH}n(5),{[Ni(CNNCN)2L2]·2CH3CH2OH}n(6) are synthesis by H2L2, NaN(CN)2withCd(NO3)2·4H2O, Mn(OAc)2·4H2O, Co(OAc)2·4H2O, Ni(NO3)2·6H2O andcharacterized using X-ray diffraction single crystal structure determination, IR.Cadmium(II) complex has characterized by thermogravimetric analysis. Cobalt(II),manganese(II), nickel(II) complexes have characterized by variable-temperaturemagnetic analysis.(4) A novel three-dimensional zinc(II) coordination complex{Zn2(CNNCN)2(L2)3(NO3)2]2CH3CH2OH}n(8) is synthesized characterized by IRspectra. |
