There are many metal plastic processing methods, the material of electroplasticprocessing technology is a kind of new processing method that flow into the high-energypulse current. during the material deformation processing. Its mechanism is mainly pulsecurrent give metal atomic energy,so the activity of dislocation become stronger, reducingthe metal deformation resistance. Electroplastic effect not only changed the traditionalprocessing technology, but also improved the mechanical properties of the products.Reference to previous scholars research,we set up a set of electroplastic rollingexperiment system.Through the experimental debugging,we found the experimentalplatform need improvements. The sensor shielding problem is the main problem, thisexperiment data relies mainly on the sensor signal output, therefore sensor antiinterferenceability to become the key of the experiment.Only ensure accurate signal acquisition,it isconcluded that data is scientific and effective. In order to determine electric pulse current density, voltage, pulse width, frequency, wehave carried on the electrical parameter debugging, finally found the parameterscombination suitable for electroplastic rolling.Through the monitoring of Zr alloy rollingforce change under different voltage and frequency, we summarized the relationshipbetween electric pulse and the deformation resistance. This paper also studied that the joule heating effect of rolled piece in the electro-plastic rolling process. In order to prove that the influence of joule heating effect to metaldeformation resistance is not dominant factors, we had a field temperature testing andsimulation, finally ruled out the effect of joule heat to the electroplastic effect.
