Urban sewage production is increasing day by day in recent years. As product ofsewage processing, the production of sewage sludge is also become bigger and bigger. Howto deal with sludge effectively has been gotten more and more attention.Sludge-Coal-Water-Slurry(S-CWS) tecnology is a new way of sludge resouse utilization,which combined Coal-Water-Slurry craft and sludge processing technology. It uses coal,additives and sewage sludge to make mixture, the character of which can meet the standardof industry applications. This technology can greatly reduce the cost of sludge treatment.Atthe same time,it achieved a new technique of resource utilization to sewage sludge.This paper studied the the slurrybility and atomization characteristics of S-CWS. First,the S-CWS preparation craft was explored. Then the factors inluding dispersant,concentration of coal, sludge performance that influence slurrybilities were also studied inthis paper.The results showed with the percentage of sludge increasing in S-CWS, theslurrybilities of S-CWS turned worse. Using fresh sludge, in the solid ratio of60%,themaximum sludge to sodid ratio can reach3.0%. It is feasible to prepare S-CWS that haveindustrial application values. In the preparation of S-CWS, all factors should be consideredto judge the intergrated influences that it produed to slurrybilities. According to thediscussions above, appropriate dosage of component can be chosed.According to the work above, the S-CWS was used to make atomiztion experiment.inorder to investigate the influeces of the addition of sludge produced to the atomizaitioncharacteristics.Besides, the influences of atomization pressure, air-consumption-rate toatomization qualities were also evalued in this paper. The results showed that the accessionof sludge maked the atomization quality worse, and increasing atomization pressure and gasconsumption rate is a effective way to improve the atomization quality of S-CWS.
