According to the warm climate, complex terrain, living dispersed and breedingwastewater pollution of village where in the hilly regions in Southerm China. Basing onanaerobic biological treatment technology and constructed wetland sewage ecologicaltreatment technology, biological-ecological coupling process is studied which is suitable forbreeding wastewater pollution in the country.This paper investigated the sample peasant households who use water and dischargesewage water in a year, and in the test period we record water consumption and measuresewage water quality regularly. On the basis of water consumption law, discharge feature andrural sewage quality law(early and late, the four seasons), the anaerobic bioreactor whichtreat rural domestic sewage is designed, as well as matching the constructed wetland,develop a bio-ecological coupling process which treat rural domestic sewage economicly andefficiently. The removal rate of COD, TN, NH3-N, TP and SS is determined and the couplingprocess for treat rural domestic sewage treatment effect is analyzed.The average water consumption by each person in the range of40~140L/*d. Fourseasons are: winter average water consumption is52.53L/*d, in the range of27.79~86.6L/*d; spring verage water consumption is67.78L/*d, in the range of37.07~118.2L/*d;summer verage water consumption is85.32L/*d, in the range of53.36~139.1L/*d; autumnseason average water consumption is70.29L/*d, in the range of38.93~129.1L/*d.The results show that the rural sewage production is related to living habits, population,income levels of the local farmers, and water consumption changes greatly with the seasons.The content of nitrogen and phosphorus in rural sewage is higher, more than90percent isfrom the toilet water, organic grey matter water is about41%, Blackwater is about59%.After the bio-ecological coupling process treatment: the removal of organic matter can reachmore than80%, the water quality of the constructed wetlands were lower than200mg/L.The removal rate of TN and NH3-N is lower in winter, but in other seasons almost can reach40%. The removal rate of TP is also lower in winter, it can reach40%in spring and autumn.It is up to58%in the summer. The contribution of biological section and ecological sectionfor all the indications removal rate are different at different time throughout the year. The removal rate of COD is higher at low temperature in ecological section, and the biologicalsection is higher than ecological section throughout the year. The removal rate of TN mainlyrely on microbial nitrification and denitrification in constructed wetlands, as well as theplants, substrate adsorption to remove, the contribution of the constructed wetlands is greaterthan that of the bio-reactor. The removal rate of TP is higher in the summer because themicrobial activity is highest at this period, the removal rate of bio-reactor is greater than theconstructed wetlands.
