In today’s Chinese society, energy is the driving force of social andeconomic development, social and production can not live without energy,energy is the source of the society on which progress and development.Coal as a kind of energy in our country is rich in resources and a widerange of applications. Coal belong to the underground mining on theenvironment compared to petroleum, natural gas, new energy, coal miningmore dangerous.With the sustainable development, research on coal miningenvironment in the region are endless, the coal mine environmental issues,the improvement of the coal mine environment, the analysis of the coalmining specific issues and solutions have all become a growing topic ofconcern. How to ensure that coal emissions to a minimum in coal mining,while in the latter part of the process to maximize the recycling of waste,making the production of pollution emissions and late effects within thecontrollable range of the environment we have been actively involved inresearch direction and goals. The article uses a literature review method and coal instance analysiscombining coal mining construction and operation of the analysis andsummary on groundwater and surface water pollution, air pollution, noisepollution, solid waste pollution to do the analysis and elaboration of thesystem, and gives the corresponding solutions. Combined cyclar economyand clean production,the proposed coal mine pollutant control and re-use,especially in China’s severe water shortage and the ecological environmentis fragile, and the water resources of the coal mining district to recycle asmuch as possible. Coal mining major environmental problems, ecologicaldestruction, resulting in the deterioration of the regional water and theecological environment, resulting in many social and economic problems,their normal production and living can not be guaranteed. For theseproblems, the paper proposes a tripartite combination of business,government and the masses, mutual supervision, implementation ofecological restoration and protection policies to protect the residents ofnormal production and life in the mining area. Establish a dangeroussource system of a coal mine environment and environmental protection management system, prevention and control of coal mine environment,and ensure that the coal mine safety production and environmentalprotection.The article came to the conclusion that coal production first of all toimprove their mining technology and environmental protection technology,and to strictly observe the coal mining system, the establishment of asound environment for prevention, management and control system, andthe third adhere to the principle of people-oriented, ensuring at the sametime in the mining do not endanger the interests of the masses around thefourth of sustainable development, circular economy in the whole processof coal mining, low-carbon modes and clean production makes the coalmore competitive, long-term to develop.
