The textile fiber flexible composite material formed with reinforcing material an-d matrix material by a certain process is the fifth-largest building materials after the s-tone, wood, metal and glass materials. The reinforcing materials which are brittleness and high in modulus and strength used for flexible composite are textile fibers, and the matrix materials which are toughness and low in modulus and strength used for f-lexible composite are high polymers. As a building material, It’s chief features is that it has light weight, quick installation, energy saving, flexible architectural shapes and good resistance to earthquake damage. It is widely used at home and abroad. Current-ly, There are three types of textile flexible composite materials:PTFE(polyterafluoro-ethylene) textile flexible composite materials, PVC (polyvinyl chloride)textile flexib-le composite materials and ETEF (ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer) textile fl-exible composite materials. China has lagged behind international standards in the pr-oducting technology of such products, as a late start in the research and application.S-o far, the major domestic textile flexible composite material is PVC flexible composi-te materials, but it’s physical and durable-polluted properties can’t meet the quality re-quirements. the high-end products still mainly rely on imports. Thus, the research of improveing the products’quality and performances, especially use the nanotechnology to produce flexible composite materials with good durable-polluted property has very important significance to promote its application at home.In this issue we produce the PVC flexible composite material by coating method, and study the influence of the coating process (curing temperature, coating thickness, DOP number of copies, and PVC slurry concentration)to the physical properties(tensi-le,tearing and delaminating performance), and according to the results, choose a appr-opriate coating process to make the physical properties reach best:the curing tempera-ture is160℃, the coating thickness is0.685mm, the plasticizer of DOP is50copies a-nd the PVC slurry concentration is16.7%. Besides, research and discuss the change of tensile and tearing performance of the PVC flexible composite material after the coat-ing treatments.Then we make a surface treatment of the PVC flexible composite material with nano-sized TiO2and luminous material by coating method, and study the durable-pol-luted, luminous, reused properties and adhesion property of the nano-sized TiO2and1-uminous material particles after the surface treatments. Meanwhile, study and discuss the influence of different parameters(coating layers, nano-TiO2concentration, the m-ass ratio of luminous materials and nano-TiO2)to the durable-polluted property of the PVC flexible composite material, and according to the results, choose a appropriate c-oating process to make the durable-polluted property best:the coating layer is3, the nano-TiO2concentration is1%and the mass ratio of luminous and nano-TiO2is3. In addition, the experimental results show that:the luminescent materials doped with rare-earth ions not only makes the PVC flexible composite material have spontaneous light function at night, and improved its durable-polluted properties.
