With the rapid development of modern science, industrial textiles is more and more important in the modern social life, three-dimensional woven fabric accompanied by the development of industrial textiles are increasingly attracted attention. At home and abroad, the three-dimensional fabric development and utilization have reached a very high level recently, a variety of three-dimensional fabric have been applied to various fields, while the study on the organization structural covering fabric anti-counterfeiting, insulation and other functional has just begun, On this basis, the use of three-dimensional fabric structural and used to canopy fabric have great prospects.Therefore, reasonable design structure, the proper technological parameters in weaving and the advantage of the three-dimensional fabric structure is particularly important. The subject adopts a high-strength, high modulus556dtex polyester filament as the basic materials, According to fabric ultimate performance requirements, designed three kinds of three-dimensional structure, That it one layer through the hole-two layers plain, two layers through the hole-one layers plain, three layers plain, the appearance of fabric is homogeneous, flat and the structure effect is obvious. Coating finishing on the fabric, and testing fabric permeability, heat retention, tensile strength, tear properties of fabrics, thermal infrared properties, research and analysis results of testing, discussing on the performance of coated and non-coated fabric change and trend, analysis experimental results and influence of various factors.The focus of the experiments is through the design and development of three-dimensional fabric, using porous, multi-layered structure of stereo fabric woven into functional covering fabric, By improving the design of fabric structure, and application of infrared physics to research the decay or absorption of the thermal infrared radiation energy of the target, to make the target is difficult to detect through using infrared detection equipment, because of using stereo fabric to counter infrared detection is still in a new stage, few of people to research, so that is the mainly research content in this subject. In the design process of three-dimensional fabric, we should to consider the performance of final product, through repeated experiments, adjusting technological parameters in weaving, such as fabric structure, arrangement ratio of the yarns, compactness and density and so on, Summarize the problems in the weaving process,and determining the optimal feasible technology. The testing results show that, three-dimensional fabric have good permeability, excellent mechanical properties, and it can achieve the canopy fabric required index, heat retention performance is better than single fabric effect, heated object through the form of thermal convection to dissipate heat, that process reduce the heat radiation, thereby obtaining certain infrared concealing effect, and give it some provides reference for counter infrared detection.This topic is in line with the trend of study three-dimensional fabric, and have a great significance to the people’s livelihood, especially, in the national security application prospect is more important, and this research provide scientific basis and actual reference value for studies of the three-dimensional woven fabric in the future.
