Oxazoline and its derivatives have a wide range of application, especially as chiralcatalysts ligand, it is widely used in the field of asymmetric synthesis. The more and morechemists are studying the chiral oxazoline ligands used in asymmetric synthesis fields, andmany new kinds of chiral oxazoline ligands are synthesized constantly. In this thesis, somenew pyrazole derivatives, some multisubstituted porrole derivatives and several new chiraloxazoline ligands were synthesized. Moreover, the new chiral oxazoline ligands are appliedin the study of the asymmetric Henry and D-A reaction.Three major parts are in this thesis:First part, some new title compounds diethyl1-aryl-2,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrrole-3,4-dicarboxylate have been synthesized by the Paal–Knorr reaction of aryl amine with Diethyl2,3-diacetylsuccinate which was from oxide coupling reaction of ethyl3-oxobutanoate withNaOEt/I2under catalyst in CH3CN and established by1H NMR,13C NMR, IR and MS spectraand x-ray diffraction crystallography. The reaction condition was researched by comparisonheat with microwave.Second part, severe chiral oxazoline ligands for double-coordination were synthesizedand reaserched in the asymmetric Henry and D-A reaction.Third part, the new pyrazole derivatives have been synthesized by the reaction of1,3-diketone and triazol-4-carbohydrazide which was preparted with triazole acid form arylamines. All new compounds were characterized by HNMR, MS and IR spectra data.
