Optical methods with high sensitivity, accuracy and security no pol lution a s w ell a s va rious m easuring w ays, ha ve be come a n ew research di rection i n t he f ield of m ixed oi li nterface de tection. SPR measuring technique, because of its high precision, real-time and no-mark, turns into a hot spot in the aspects of biological medicine and food-security detection. By u sing Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) measuring technique, the refractive index changes can b e observed and the values can be exported to identify different oil.Facing th e o il identification p roblem, dissertation proposes using Surface Plasmon Resonance System (SPR) in measuring product oil, discusses the theory of Surface Plasmon Resonance deeply, analyzes the optimal experimental conditions for the SPR system, mix gasoline (90#、93#、97#) with methanol to reduce the refractive index and uses SPR system to identify the three types, draws conclusions according to an analysis of data.Experiments s how t hat the r efractive i ndex of different o ils obtained t hrough SPR system are different, which can identify different oil products, and the results are satisfactory. As t he en tire s ystem i s s imple, ab le t o t arget r eal-time, fast, accu rate measurements, it has great prospects in the future.
