In this paper, according to the GongWuSu Mine16#coal seam of Shenhua Wuhai EnergyCompany, combining theoretical analysis, comparative analysis, multi-level fuzzy evaluation,numberical analysis(MATLAB and FLAC3D) and orthogonal test, to develop all-around researchin the technology of high-dipping special thick seam longwall top-coal caving fully mechanizedface of GongWuSu.Manyly focused on the feasibility of longwall top-coal caving fullymechanized and how to set up the basic process prarmeter of longwall top-coal caving fullymechanized in16#coal seam.Through the application on the spot to proves the result.Firstly, studying on the choice and feasibility of mining technology in16#coalseam.According to the realities in16#caol seam, the choice of mining technology and practicalexperience and by comparing strategies, multi-level fuzzy evaluation and the economic benefits ofmining technology, find the mining technology is rational and feasible in16#coal seam.Secondly, studying on the mining height, determination of coal caving height, ratio betweenmining and dropt, coal caving step distance, coal saving space, coal saving mode.Accoring to thebasic theory of top coal caving, determining and optimizing(by MATLAB) the technologicalparameter.Accoring to the actual conditions, found out the reasonable value and range of values bycomparing two analysis. And found that the precision and rationality of coal caving step distanceand coal saving coal height have to be contextualized.The range of values have to be nicety.Thirdly, expermental study on the numerical simulation of the different production processesof longwall top-coal caving fully mechanized.There are12methods by using orthogonaltest.Accoring to the16#coal seam conditions and the practical situation of GongWuSu, we foundthe best method by using the FLAC3D.Close analysis of the correlations between the mining heitht,coal caving step distance, distance of face roof under control and the technology of top coalbreaking.We found the most precise value and range of values.And we found it is feasible programwhich longwall top-coal caving fully mechanized in16#coal seam.Finally, close analysis of field application and effects.We found the most reasonabletechnology parameter, the precise scope and the optimum mode by results of the study on thetechnological parameter. This article briefly explain the processing key technology, application andanalysis of its effect.According to the field application,we found that longwall top-coal cavingfully mechanized in16#coal seam is practical, the technological parameter and the combinations isrational and efficacious. Research conclusions in this article are proved correct, can achieve highyield and high efficiency.
