With the rapid development of electronic products, a material which can store moreelectron energy is needed. Poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) with high dielectric constant, low dielectric loss and good breakdown performance, is expected to meet this demand andattract widely attention. Although the theoretical value of the properties of the Poly(vinylidene fluoride) is high, the actual use of dielectric constant and breakdown strengthis low. This paper aims to improve its performance in the aspect of modifying PVDF.This paper mainly adopts the titanium acid copper calcium (CCTO) modifyingPoly(vinylidene fluoride) and uses stretch processing to make a horizontal contrast withbarium titanate (BaTiO3) by solution casting. After coupling agent (FT-922) processingCCTO modifies poly(vinylidene fluoride), and then use the best matching of couplingagent to process CCTO modifying poly(vinylidene fluoride). The structure and propertiesof the modified products are studied, through the method of infrared spectrum, X-raydiffraction, Thermal analysis (DSC) and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results show that after tensile processing the PVDF, the breakdown strengthsignificantly rises. When elongation is250%, the breakdown strength can reach200MV/m,but the dielectric constant decreases compared to the PVDF which is not be tensileprocessed. The inorganic powder BaTiO3/CCTO modifying Poly(vinylidene fluoride), thedielectric improves, and with the increase of the content of inorganic powder, thebreakdown strength declines. When the content is10%, the comprehensive performance isgood. With coupling agent processing CCTO modifies Poly(vinylidene fluoride),thedielectric constant is higher, and the breakdown strength improves. When the couplingagent quality ratio is2%, the effect is best. When coupling agent processing CCTO, thequality ratio is20%, the film performance is good, the surface is dense, therefore thebreakdown strength is also very high.
