| At present, the traditional A/A/O activated sludge process can dramatically removethe organics, however, it cannot be suitable for the variation of the quality and quantity ofthe inflow, especially the efficiency for removal of nitrogen and phosphorus is not ideal inwinter, and the stability of the production system is bad. Based on the early experimentalstudy, the research take the Longwangzui wastewater treatment plant as an example, andtake the method by adding the suspended media to strengthening the effluent quality. Thispaper mainly study the production features and the effluent quality of the technology, inaddition, it also study the optimizing operation parameters, and at the same time, itanalysis the mechanism of the nitrogen removal and nitration dynamics through thematerials balance theory. The results are as follows:(1) The tracing experiment indicates that the effective utilization rate of the pilot plant is83percent. the model of the reactor is perfect mixing for each and is push flow as a whole;(2) It takes suspended media27days for the process of hanging membrane, theremoval rates of COD, NH3-N, TN, TP in the steady stages are very high, all of which canup to the national level of A standard, and also are much more better than the originalA/A/O technology of the Long wangzui water treatment plant;(3) The paper focus on the aeration quantity, hydraulic retention time, internalrecirculation quantity with single factor controlled trial, and ascertains the mostoptimizing aeration quantity is18m~3/h, the most reasonable HRT is6.4h, the best internalrecirculation is1.5m~3/h;(4) The nitrogen removal of the technology can be divided into three parts, theassimilation of the bacteria through surplus sludge emission is4.54mg/L, the quantity ofdenitrification is6.35mg/L, and the SND is10.89mg/L。Besides, the research alsoestablishes the nitrification rate expression under the14℃and confirm the kineticparameters of the1#oxygen pool and2#oxygen pool, and also get the concentrationrecursive type of NH3-N in multistage nitrification reactor. |
