Landfill leachate is high risk wastewater of potential pollution to soil andgroundwater. Ecological restoration to the pollution of soil has become a current hot spoton the research of solid waste treatment. Organic fertilizer, zeolite as soil amendmentrespectively already had some research, but as amendment of ecological restoration onleachate contaminated yellow brown soil is Relatively rare.Through the experiments with different proportion of leachate of differentconcentration,zeolite modified on different conditions and cow manure compost. thisarticle is to research the difference of the influence on Physical and chemical properties,respiration intensity and enzyme activity of yellow brown soil, study the influencemechanism,The best way of zeolite modification and the best program about the ratio ofcow manure compost and modified Zeolite, and provide the oretical basis and technicalsupport for the ecological restoration of the leachate contaminated soil. The main researchconclusions are as follows:(1) Leachate weaken the yellow brown soil buffer action, respiration intensity andmicrobial activity. To catalase activity and amylase activity the impact of leachate is notobvious, but to invertase activity it’s inhibitory. To urease activity it’s activated early andnot obvious later.(2) Using only cow manure compost as amendment can strengthen the buffer actionof the leachate contaminated soil and activate the microbial activity, catalase activity,amylase activity and invertase activity, and the effect better when the amount greater.Under the effect of stress between cow manure compost and leachate, soil respirationintensity and urease activity are inhibited to a certain extent, but which have recoverytrend with the amount increasing.(3) Using only microwave+ion-exchange modified zeolite as amendment canimprove the absorption effect to COD and ammonia, strengthen the soil buffer action, cansave the nitrogen and improve the content of soil aggregates, can amend the leachatecontaminated soil fertility and improve the ability of anti-erosion, can activate the soilrespiration intensity and catalase activity, inhibit the soil urease activity amylase activity and invertase activity. At the same time, the time of microwave modified influence theeffect of zeolite obviously.(4) It’s better that using both cow manure compost and modified zeolite asamendment than that using either alone. The optimal program is:50g cow manurecompost+15g(960w/6min+6%Nacl solution)modified zeolite in every300g soil.
