Virtual assembly is the key technology of virtual manufacture, virtual assembling anddisassembling tool is virtual assembly planning and Simulation of the necessary resources, theassembly sequence planning, visual simulation and human performance is of importantinfluence. In this thesis, the simple tools in virtual assembly process of assembly anddisassembly motion were analyzed, put forward is used for assembling and disassembling toolmanagement, positioning and operating simulation solutions, through case studies, proves thecorrectness of the model.In view of the lightweight model environment, simple assembling and disassembling toolmodeling problems, this paper presents a simple and consistent description model--pointvector model, used to describe the virtual assembling and disassembling tool assemblymovement related geometric elements, forming tool model data representation format.The thesis discussed by introducing point vector model operation rules to expresscommon tools constrained matching method, the assembling and disassembling tool relativeto the mounting and dismounting object constraint based pose calculation process into theoperation model to implementation, implementation tools relative to the assembly anddisassembly of object orientation process.This thesis introduces the tool element and the base concept, according to assembling anddisassembling tool hierarchy generation tool bit vector tree structure, thereby through eachpoint vector model of node to drive the scene, implementation tools operating processsimulation, introducing collision detection, verification of structure design is feasible.Finally, based on the HOOPS development kit and Visual C++environment,independently developed a prototype system VTSS, through examples of analysis, verifiedthe bit vector model for assembling and disassembling tool of information description andassembly process visualization simulation is feasible and effective.
