| The computer numerical control system (CNC) technology which based general computer as control centre,developed in MS-DOS environment has the defect of development cycle long, function scalability poor,programming task heavy and interface not beautiful. Along with rapid development of the computer software andhardware technology, the exploitation of CNC which runs on WINDOWS platform is urgent need. BecauseWINDOWS operating system has a bad real-time, how to realize the open CNC system in WINDOWSenvironment has always been a difficult problem that troubled engineering and technical personnel.Aiming at the requirements and characteristics of the numerical control system exploitation in WINDOWSoperating system, this paper studied operating mechanism of WINDOWS, analyzed every possibilities that realizereal time function in WINDOWS operating system.The open CNC system is an advanced computer numerical control system structure emerged in the late of theninety’s, it has good expansibility, development and maintenance convenience, running stability high, and adaptto different need flexible.This paper based on†the open CNC system development of the moving control CARDSâ€, grasped the openCNC system software modular design ideas, the purport of this paper is presented. This paper chose GT-400-SP,DMC-1842multi-axis motion controller as computer built-in CNC module CARDS, developed the correspondingmotion control software modules; Chose GT-400-SP movement control CARDS, general I/O card, developed"software PLC" module, and developed a set of control system programming of a VCM magnetic sheet/yoke ironautomatic chip mounter, realized computer digital control in WINDOWS platform, reached the desiredrequirements. |
