Municipal sewage sludge from the plant waste and municipal waste, includingmacronutrients, harmful bacteria, microorganisms, and a variety of heavy metalelements. The original processing method is stacked.This way both occupy the landand pollute the environment. At present, a globally recognized way of disposal is theutilization of municipal sewage. And it is one of the significant ways of theutilization of municipal sewage. As a large number of studies around the domesticand overseas shown that sewage sludge can improve soil fertility and promote thegrowth of plants. But the toxic constituents in municipal sewage sludge (heavymetals) restricted the urban sludge. The resource utilization mainly reflected in twoaspects. On the one hand, municipal sewage sludge applied to crops, and heavymetals into the food chain can endanger human health. The other hand, the toxicconstituents in the sludge may seep into the ground, so groundwater is compromised.The Zhangwu small drill poplar (Populus×xiaozhuanica W.Y.Hsu et Liang cv.‘Zangwu’)(1980)is a hybrid of lobular Young and drilling natural. And it is formerlyknown as the Fuxin Young. In1964, the Zhanggutai sand found in the farmlandshelterbelts and Transformation of excellent clones in Liaoning Province. It has aresistance which concern of barren, drought-resistant, fast-growing, well-developedroot system, and plasticity. However, the desertified areas with poor soils anddrought is still an important factor for small drilling Young low survival rate ofafforestation.Therefore, this passage is based on wind sand, Shenyang in northern sewagetreatment plant sludge and grown in the field of a Health Zhangwu drilled Youngseedlings as the research object. Through the use of field trials set of different dosesof municipal sewage sludge (hole size as a benchmark, sewage mud/sand volumewere1:0,1:1,3:4,1:2,1:3,1:4,1:5,0:1were recorded as the C7, C6, C5, C4, handling,C3, C2, C1and C0. As the application of the whole sludge treatment process that C7seedlings dead.So this essay only study the growth of other urban sludge treatmentof poplar seedlings, different doses of municipal sludge on poplar seedlings photosynthetic indexes and the impact of different doses of municipal sludge on soilnutrient content. Provide a theoretical basis for using in the desertification ofmunicipal sewage sludge on forest land resources. The experimental results are asfollows:(1) There is a significant impact on a Sewage Sludge’s poplar seedling plantheight, diameter at breast height, leaf area and survival rate. With the increase in thedose of Sewage Sludge, poplar plant height and diameter at breast height, leaf areaand survival rate were improved. And the peak is about C6handling.(2) With municipal sewage sludge application of increasing, poplar seedlingswith chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll and chlorophyll a/b value of theapplication of sewage sludge all showed an increasing trend. And poplar seedling netphotosynthetic rate of the overall rendering upward trend in stomatal conductanceand transpiration rate is not significant changes in the law. Poplar water useefficiency generally shows a trend of increased and then decreased.(3) The application of municipal sewage sludge to improve the physicalstructure and nutrient content of the aeolian sandy soil has shown remarkable. Andgradually decreases with the increase in the dose of application of sewage sludge,soil bulk density. Soil porosity is gradually increasing. At the same time as thesludge dose increase soil organic matter, available nitrogen, total phosphorus,available phosphorus and total potassium content was significantly increased. Andindicators of nutrient elements in each layer the maximum over time and measuresthe increase of clay content gradually increases. The peak appears in the40-60cmsoil layer, but the nutrient elements in the60-100cm100-130cm soil indicators overtime did not change significantly.In conclusion, it is the best promotion of poplar growth if the physical andchemical indicators when sludge wind sand ratio of1:1. Municipal sewage sludgeapplied to poplar growth indicator light, physiological indicators, to improve theaeolian sandy soil physical, chemical characteristics and to improve thephysicochemical properties of aeolian sandy proportion.
