This thesis reviews the industrial wastewater treatment methods in recent years, as well asused materials and reagents. Detailed introduces the operation of wastewater treatment theseprocess, and in the best processing conditions COD removal of the values of the waste water.The analysis method for the treatment of wastewater quality, and processing of environmentis to cause a secondary pollution. Found in previous experiments in our laboratory, expandedgraphite has a strong adsorption function, can absorb the oils and organic molecules.Hydrogen peroxide has been used to control water pollution, environmental pollution anddecomposition. Therefore, we were used to simultaneously deal with three wastewaterexpandable graphite adsorption, hydrogen peroxide oxidation to deal with three kinds ofwastewater, and expansion graphite Adsorption of hydrogen peroxide oxidation to deal withthree kinds of wastewater.In the thesis, we research the preparation of the master and have expanded graphiteadsorption materials, and on the basis of the expansion volume for preparation of250mg/L ofexpanded graphite. We can see the expanded graphite morphology and the structure from theadsorption materials of scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope,X-ray diffraction structure characterization.This kind of material has a lot of organicadsorption of potential. We tried two tests of the results of the treatment method, find it isfeasible, but deal with such industrial organic wastewater CODGrtitration with more, so wechose CODGrtitration method as the test method after.In the course of the study, we used three pharmaceutical chemical wastewater (3Pmother liquor, sulfonation wastewater, renewable wastewater) as an experimental wastewater,respectively for adsorption, oxidation, adsorption and the method of oxidation of thewastewater done deal. The results show that, expanded graphite dosage and adsorption time,hydrogen peroxide solution dosage and oxidation to deal with large effect on time efficiency,temperature (in20-40oC) to deal with no influence on efficiency. The two methods are usedtogether, wastewater treatment the best effect.The experimental results proved the expansion of graphite such wastewater of organic matter have very good removal ability, hydrogen peroxide solution also have very goodremoval ability. The two methods are used together, mutually promote function, for theprocessing factory actual high concentrations of wastewater discharge provides experimentaldata. In this paper the last chapter, we according to the experimental process design a dealwith such wastewater process route, and calculated the cost of treatment. The reactionmechanism of water processing fee is discussed, and some significant conclusions areobtained. To flake graphite as raw material, using chemical oxidation method for inflationvolume is250mg/L of expanded graphite adsorbent.2. By SEM, TEM methods of expanded graphite adsorbent characterized, of getting it tostructure, morphology and related information. It is established CODGrtitration for thedetecting method after the treatment.3. Respectively with adsorption, oxidation, adsorption oxidation method of combiningthe three kinds of wastewater treatment, research in different processing conditions of thetreatment effects of the three methods.4. The design of wastewater treatment process route, calculated the cost of treatment. Wediscusses the reaction mechanism of such wastewater treatment.
