Research And Application Of Pulverized Fuel.Meter In Blast Furnace Pulverized Coal Injection System

Through the pipeline of online testing, Blast furnace pulverized coal injection system enabling the production of process measurement and control, so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption. Nowdays, in terms of industry measurement of the blast furnace pulverized coal, electronic means and mains meter prevail but electronic scale manner is susceptible to interference from the outer factors, and the existing mains to enhance flowmeter. Due to the pulverized coal injection tube in the flow of the gas-solid two phase flow is a complex process, how to detect gas-solid phase material is a solid-phase flow mass flow testing, one of unsolved problems.Based on the principle of capacitance measurement and cross-correlation. this paper puts forward a new sort of method. Namely, by utilization of the characteristics of BP neural network, sensor detects the concentration of pulverized coal and speeds the flow of signals neural network as the input and the output quality made very flowmeter flow measured values. Flowmeter measurs the flow of pulverized coal and transmits the information to the control room for automatic control. Therefore, this thesis mainly completes the tasks as follows.(1) By the comparison and analysis of the exchange of excitation and charge-discharge capacitor, the paper gets an optimized program. Based on the calculated value of the sensor plate structure results, the author products spiral plate concentration sensor and speed sensor;(2) In the previous design based on circuit design, improved circuit design, enhanced with load capacity of the circuit; to obtain a valid flow noise signal, the authors designed a filter amplifier, phase demodulation circuit, such as phase-shifting circuit;(3) To meet the site demand of Shao Steel, the author employs the high-powered embedded computer ARM8019to accomplish the task of data collection and processing. Meanwhile, to obtain a better consistency, the thesis adopts the matching data acquisition card ART2010.(4) BP neural network algorithm is used to program the software model, of auto-correlation algorithm for the flow velocity of pulverized coal, average filter to process the flow signal.(5)In linux system, using QT4platform to explore can show the state of the flow curve and the main interface, and achieving the above-mentioned algorithm.
