High silicon steel (Fe-6.5wt.%Si) particularly suitable for core-material of high frequency of the motors, transformers and high-frequency choke coil. High silicon steel sheet with low loss, high permeability and low magnetostriction is the key material to realize miniaturization, high speed and low noise of the power and electronic equipment.In this paper, We prepare high silicon steel sheet with continuous process about hot rolling, warm rolling and cold rolling. Through the ODF analysis, we study the influence on deformation and recrystallization texture in two aspects about the rolling temperature and normalizing of hot-rolled plates, and made the conclusion as follows:1. The impact of rolling temperature on texture of high silicon steel sheet(1) The sample rolling at200℃,300℃present texture gradient of different layer along the thickness, gradually evolving from the surface shear texture into the plane strain texture in the center layer; The sample which are rolling at400℃, the texture gradient along the thickness is small and the whole texture with strong γ, the strength of a and y gradually increase. As the rolling temperature increase, the strength of a texture first increase and then decrease, and y texture gradually strengthened.(2) After final annealing, the recrystallization texture of different Samples mainly contain high intensity of (100) texture and a small amount of (111)<112> texture component. As the rolling temperature increase, the strength of (100) texture first increased and then decreased, the strength of y texture increased all the while.2. The impact of normalization system on texture of high silicon steel sheet(1) After normalize, deformation texture contain strong components of a. Deformation texture changes along the thickness, a texture increase from surface to center layer.(2) Normalization process can improve the final annealing texture of high silicon steel. Normaliz at950℃-1050℃can generate a better benefit (100) texture after final annealing. Hot rolled plate without normalization generate components y texture well after finish annealing.
