Organic semiconductor has a broad application prospect in the research area of solar cell because of its many advantages.Doped reagent of toluene-p-sulfonic acid and oxidant of ammonium persulfate were used to synthesize polyanline (PANI) nano fibre by chemical method. SEM image was used to characterize PANI. Four points probes method was used to test the room temperature conductivity of PANI. XRD, FT-IR spectrum and UV-Vis absorption spectrum methods were used to study the structure of PANI. Pt electrode modified by the PANI (PANI/Pt) was prepared through the method of in-situ polymerization. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) curves of PANI/Pt in0.1000g/mL H2SO4aqueous solution had been studied. The energy band structure of PANI was analyzed according to above results, too. These experiment results could be used as a theoretical basis when a photovoltaic device of PANI is studied and applied.It was still studied that of the production conditions of the photovoltaic device ITO/Sm2O3/PANI/ITO which structure belonged to double heterogeneous. I-U characteristic curve had been measured and the fill factor had been calculated. The concentration of PANI is0.2500/mL and the concentration of samarium oxide (Sm2O3) is0.1000/mL. The results show that the fill factor is64.5%in the conditions of that the illumination intensity of solar simulator is100mW/cm2.
