For underground coal dust and gas coupling explosion accident, people usually think gas is on fire first and then causing coal dust explosion.But the coal heat sensitive is higher than gas. Coal spontaneous combustion point is lower than gas spontaneous combustion point.In coal dust and gas coupling combustion system,the possibility of coal dust is on fire first and then causing gas fire is existing.But, similar studies in the literature are relatively rare. In this article,we use the theoretical analysis and experimental research method of combining in-depth study of this problem.Firstly we choose the common of the four kinds of coal dust as sample.Through the industry analysising of four kinds of coal,we can get coal dust volatily, ash and water content.Using G-G furnace, through changing coal dust concentration, particle diameter and water content, in the gas equivalent concentration condition, doing ignition experiments to the different coal samples in coal dust and gas coupling condition.we can obtain coal and gas coupling burn minimum ignition temperature in different conditions. The experimental results show that when there is the presence of coal dust,the minimum ignition temperature of gas significantly reduce,1#coal samples reduce by335℃.The coal particle size smaller and the coal volatily greater,the gas minimum ignition temperature reduce more.This paper uses Arrhenius’theorem and zero boundary gradient method to establish the1#coal sample and gas coupling combustion theory model.Through the literature reviewing,to determine parameters such as gas coefficient of thermal conductivity, motion viscosity coefficient and gas heat.Then we use C language program to slove model,and to obtain the coal sample igniting gas theoretical minimum ignition temperature,which is309.56℃.The value and get in front of the experimental value315℃are basically consistent.That model have some guidance function for forecast minimum ignition temperature which in underground coal dust and gas coupling conditions.The paper research results show that the influence of coal dust ignites gas which is greater, this conclusion for coal mine safety production management has great reference value.
