Compared with other methods to connect the Titanium Alloy Tubes, the way of internal rolling process has many advantages, such as this process is easy to realize and high efficiency. This paper introduces the finite element method to analyze the process of connection and concludes the best dimension scale of the pipe casing for the effect of packing of the Titanium Alloy Tubes. In the process of finite element analysis, three different grooves, such as rectangle, trapezoid, triangle are compared in the field of roll-pressing force and effect of packing. In the simulation of rectangle groove of different platform width and rolling reduction, the data of the padding effect and down force of different platform width are concluded. In the simulation of trapezoid groove of different included angle and rolling reduction, the data of the padding effect and down force of different platform width are concluded. Based on analysis and results comparison of the data, the shape of trapezoid has better padding effect and the down force is reasonable. In addition, the stress and strain analysis is also discussed in this paper. In the process of simulation, rolling reduction will not only have effect on the flow of Titanium Alloy Tubes in axial direction but also in circumferential direction, which will influence the rolling process. This paper introduces a new design of rolling tool, which is Simple structure and convenient maintain and could increase the packing effect by changing the feed. It also can roll the different part of the tube by changing the length. At last, with the software of DSHplus, this paper models and simulates the hydraulic system and the parameters of PID are concluded, which would provide reliable evidence for the design of real device.
