The dye is not only used widely in textile dyeing and printing, but also in many other departments, such as the paint, plastic, paper, leather, optical communications, food,which is an important raw material for chemical industry.But most of the dye production process is complex, synthesis components is variety, especially the vast majority of azo dye is couped by aromatic amine after diazotization and aromatic amines and phenols with active methylene urea compounds.AS it losses in production,printing and dyeing process, a large number of poisonous and harmful organic wastewater is produced.which becomes one of the key sources of pollution of the water environment. Therefore, the domestic and foreign academic circles pay more and more attention to waste water treatment technology produced by dye.In this article I analysed comparativly the advantages and disadvantages and processing efficiency and of several typical physical method, chemical method, biological method and electrochemical treatment dye wastewater, used electric-Fenton technology on the degradation and determined products under different conditions by fluorescenttechnique and studied the treatment effect.in view of the dyes water with characteristics of water quality fluctuation and not stability:complicated ingredients and many substances difficult to be degradated;high concentration, deep chromaticity, and so on.The electricity-Fenton technology is used to degradated Acidic orange Ⅱ. Congo red and Alizarin red, Methylene blue simulation wastewater under different current density. The effect is better in conditions of10.0mA·cm-2than that of the7.5mA·cm-2.5.0mA·cm-2and2.5mA·cm-2.the removal rate of acid orange Ⅱ and alizarin red are46.8%and44.67%;Congo red and theMethylene blue are86.84%and85.21%. Degradation of Congo red is accord with first order reaction kinetics,several other dye are accord with secondary reaction kinetics. Acid orange Ⅱ and Alizarin red waste water have high efficiency and minimum energy consumption under high current density, Congo red and Methylene blue can achieve good effect and have the lowest energy consumption.Fluorescence detection shows that electricity-Fenton technology can dcomposite orange acid Ⅱ and Alizarin red into fatty acids or alcohols, aldehydes, acid substances orange acid Ⅱ and Alizarin red into fatty acids or alcohols, aldehydes, acid substances containing-C=C-after240min.And found azo key is the main reason for azo dye quenching medium.destroy azo key can improve the azo dyes fluorescence intensity greatly, so three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy technology can be used for identify distinguish azo and non-azo dyes wastewater rapidly.
