Gastrodia nutrition composition is abundant. Including various types of sugars, amino acid, vitamin, protein, peptides, organic acids, fat-soluble components and trace elements, etc. but Gastrodine and Gastrodia elata polysaccharide are much more important than the others, at the same time, Gastrodia has Gastrodine about0.33%~0.67%, and Gastrodine can help you antiepileptic, Anticonvulsant and hypnotic, in addition, worrying about the bad effections of Gastrodia to you is stupid. as you know, Gastrodia elata polysaccharide can be used to improve immune function, anti-tumor, anti-aging.Currently, the products of Gastrodia elata are mainly drugs, as you know, such as the Gastrodia elata capsule, and the Fermentation Gastrodia elata Wine have never been heared of until now. this study uses the Gastrodia elata that had been dried to ferment, after the process of super micro-milling, extract the Active ingredient of the solution of Gastrodia elata with Microwave, so it will be the main part of the solution of fermentation. To the yeast, we use the Domestication yeast. blend the Fermentation Gastrodia elata Wine that had been clarified the extraction solution of Chrysanthemum comes from huangshan.and the results as follows:1For the evaluation of content of Gastrodine, the study chooses the extraction conditions are:Microwave power550w,60℃temperature, time is9min, the proportion of material and liquid is1:20.2For the evaluation of content of alcohol, the study chooses the fermentation conditions are: pH4.5,fermentation temperature30℃, domestication yeast content10%, Gastrodia elata power content2%.3clarify with kinds of clarifying agent,and Diatomite works best, at the same time,its dosage is2mg/mL, euphotic rate for98.37%.4choose the best recipe by experts’tasting, so the proportion of wine and the Chrysanthemum solution is6:1,you know, the Chrysanthemum solution has Chrysanthemum concent is1/100,and sugar content4%, acid content0.08%.
