Ecosystem services are the conditions and processes through which natural ecosystems, and the species that make them up, sustain and fulfill human life. Evaluation of ecosystems services has been regarded as one of hot issues in ecology field in recent years.Ecosystem services consumption value of the regional types such as forests, wetlands, lakes, grasslands, farmland, but the ecosystem service value assessment of the scale and method are very single, so how to conduct multi-scale ecosystem services consumption value and innovation evaluation of ecosystem services consume valuation problem. At the same time, the consumption of the human ecosystem is growing, the carrying capacity to maintain ecosystem services, consumption and ecosystem balance has also become a considerable number of experts and scholars to solve the problem, this study seeks to multi-scale based on the ecosystem services, consumption value and NPP, find a reasonable range of ecosystem services, consumption and ecosystem carrying capacity.:In this study, the XilinGol Grassland, grassland as one of the world-famous four excellent grassland, green ecological barrier in northern China, the unique type of ecological environment in the region, and has China’s largest prairie and meadow ecosystem types the nature reserve occupies an important position in the protection of grassland biodiversity. Grassland ecosystem services have the characteristics of public goods and external economies;we can use the Value method to the value of ecosystem services into economic value. Therefore, the use of the market value method to assess the economic value of ecosystem services in agricultural areas and pastoral areas of the Xilin Gol Grassland, through the questionnaire survey, followed by a sample survey conducted on the Xi lin Gol, Hulunbeier, Erdos, to obtain the per capita production and consumption of the respondents consumption and life, and with the knowledge of NPP, ecosystem services per capita consumption into units of g (C).The following conclusions:(1) the Xilingol pastoral areas of organic C content/Value$59.19gC/organic C content/Value farming area in is425.8053gC/$, which explains the pastoral areas of consumption of the same C content of organic matter, to create more economic value. Aquaculture farming more to improve people’s income and standard of living, so to adhere to the protection of grassland to prevent grassland degradation, which is an effective way of sustainable development.(2) this stage Xilin Gol ecosystems to provide ecosystem services to meet the minimum needs of the ecosystem services within a reasonable range of the needs of ecosystem services and ecosystem services bearing capacity. Expected in the next short period of time, ecosystem services can also carry the production of the Xilin Gol residents living needs.
