Design And Research Of Online Measurement System Of Cotton Mass Flow Based On Optoelectronic Detection

In this paper, the current and development situations, work principal of online measurement system of cotton mass flow were firstly analyzed. According to the cotton production and processing industry, an online measurement system of cotton mass flow, based upon Cortex-M3core and LM3S5749microcontroller, has been developed which can measure and display data of cotton mass flow.Main points in this paper as follow:1、This paper emphasized to research the work principle of each module, system architecture, memorizer framework of LM3S5749microcontroller, on the basis of this, hardware and software system were designed combine with intelligent control technology, embedded technology and digital communication technology.2、In the hardware part, the component selection principle of signal acquisition unit of cotton mass flow, measurement system work principle, peripheral circuit of LM3S5749microcontroller, input/output interface, display circuit and communication interface circuit were designed.3、In the software part, this article introduced and designed software algorithm program, it include flow chart of main program, initialization of LM3S5749control register, data acquisition and processing of cotton mass flow, data display, serial communication, CAN bus communication.4、Due to the hostile working environment, the online measurement system of cotton mass flow exists sorts of signal interferes, high-reliability and measurement to anti-interference were proposed from hardware and software. Hardware anti-disturbance measures have chooses reliable electronic components, power supply anti-interference design, circuit boards anti-interference design, etc. Software anti-interference measures are "watchdog" technology, etc.5、Finally through the laboratory test and field test quality cotton flow online the reliability of measurement system, the experimental results show that the system to satisfy the design requirements.
