Purfied micro-polluted water has become a global environmental problem with the rapid development of industrialized societies, and PAEs is one of the typical refractory organic contaminants in the aquatic environment. It can induce the role of carcinogenic, malformation, mutation and human infertility; especially it is that traditional water treatment technology has already been difficult to carry out effective treatment. Therefore, the domestic and foreign experts pay attention to deal with micro-polluted water with the PAEs. In recent years, the researchers pay high attention that activated carbon adsorption technology purfies micro-polluted water.Acorrding to the development trend of activated carbon adsorption method in the PAEs water and new activated carbon regeneration technology. The paper take the low concentrations of DBP as target pollutions, activated carbon could be utilized to adsorb the low concentrations of DBP. The paper investigated the factors of activated carbon quality, experimental temperature and pH, Further,it is useful to rearch better adsorption conditions by orthogonal experiment; On this basis, dielectric barrier discharge(DBD) plasma could be utilized to regenerate activated carbon, The paper investigated the factors of discharge voltage-electrode distance, power frequency,the quality of activated carbon, regeneration time and so on to get the regeneration degree of the experiment,it disguss of the feasibility and practicality of DBD regeneration technology.The results and conclusions of research are as follows:(1) it belonged to endothermic reaction and has been to good effect, which Granular Activated Carbon adsorbed the low concentrations of DBP; The98.6%of DBP was removed after12hour with0.08g the quality of activated carbon,30℃experimental temperature,5.0initial pH.(2) Through the adsorption of orthogonal experiment, It was found that activated carbon quality,experimental temperature and initial pH will influence on regeneration. The result of research shows that the status of the activated carbon adsorption factors were experimental temperature> activated carbon quality> initial pH, the best condition of adsorption experiment has been30℃experimental temperature,5.0initial pH, On this basis, static equilibrium adsorption capacity is61.5mg/g,the adsorption isotherm of DBP substance was similar with Langmuir model, it proved that the adsorption which activated carbon dealed with DBP substance has been reversible physical adsorption.(3) The effuency of activated carbon regeneration by DBD with treatment time was rise and down in the experimental conditions of the different discharge voltage-electrode distance, power frequency,the quality of activated carbon, regeneration time, The result showed that the status of the DBD regeneration factors were regeneration time> discharge voltage-electrode distance> power frequency> the quality of activated carbon. The81.17%effiency of activated carbon was regenerated after60min with10kV discharge voltage,10mm electrode distance,10kHz power frequency,2.0g the quality of activated carbon, DBD regeneration technology is very feasibal.(4) Befor activated carbon regeneration, activated carbon must be immersed to2.0initial pH deionized water, Keeping moist;Through regeneration of orthogonal experiment, the best condition of DBD regeneration experiment has been lOkV discharge voltage,10mm electrode distance,10kHz power frequency,2.0g the quality of GAC,60min regeneration time and2.0initial pH water befor activated carbon regeneration.(5) Through three times repeated regeneration processes, the ability of activated carbon adsorption could keep well, the total loss rate is4.90%, the total regeneration rate keep the above of70%; the research showed that the time of DBD regeneration must be controlled by the lower of three times, DBD regeneration of activated carbon is feasible and practical well.
