Oxime esters have been used in agriculture due to their extensive usage asherbicides, insecticides, acaricides, antidotes, and synergistic agents. Chromones arefound in many natural products. Many chroman-4-ones exhibit interesting and usefulbiological activities, such as insecticidal, antifungal activities and so on. Sevenchromone oxime esters were designed and synthesized based on the linkage ofchromone and oxime ester groups. Their structures were confirmed by meltingpoints, infra-red spectrum, MS,1H-NMR and elementary analysis. The bestpreparation conditions of3-bromophenoxy propionic acid were explored. And theantifungal activities and herbicidal activities, the relationship between the structureand bioactivity of the target compounds were studied. The results showed that theantifungal activities of compound5were best against Bocrytis Cinerea Pers. andThanatephorus cucumeris (Frank) Donk, with inhibitory ratios of100%at200mg/L.The herbicidal activities of these compounds were best against the root and bud ofAmaranthus spinosus, with inhibitory ratios of100%at50mg/L.Acyl thioureas have extensive biological activities. They have been used asinsecticides, herbicides, fungicides, plant growth regulators and so on.1,3,4-thiadiazoles have good bioactivities, such as antifungal activity, herbicidalactivity, regulating the plant growth and inhibiting activity against enzymes. TwentyN-benzoyl-N’-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-thioureas were synthesized and confirmed byinfra-red spectra, MS,1H-NMR and elementary analysis. The bioactivities of thesecompounds were tested. The results showed that these compounds have bioactivitiesof antifungal and regulating plant growth. These compounds can promote the growthof the root and stem of wheat when the concentration was low. And they can inhibitthe root and stem of wheat growth when the concentration was high. The electroniceffect of R1on bioactivity was studied. The effect of alkyl in position5(R2) of1,3,4-thiadiazoles on growth of root and stem of wheat were also studied.
