Shearer,hydraulic support and scraper conveyer are main equipment in fully-mech–anized coal mining face. Productivity is impacted by harmony of them, so we pay moreattention to the use of automation,information and scientific management. It has a substantialpractical significance to study control system and strategy in fully-mechanized coal miningface.Based on the analysis of the operating characteristics, requirements and operatingprinciples of three-turbines in fully-mechanized coal mining face, the paper proposescoordination control strategy of three-turbines,and then establish general structure ofdistributed control system of fully-mechanized coal mining face. According to the generalstructure, the control system of shearer was constructed. The cutting motor of shearer runs inconstant power with basic theory of expert system. Automatic adjustting height control ofshearer drum was proposed by the use of predictive control theory. Control strategy of thecontrol system of shearer was given by comprehensive applying each kind of controlrequirements. Electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic supports was established basedon CAN bus, and coming up with the control strategy. Structure of control system of scraperconveyer was devised, thus proposing control strategy.Eventually, electromagneticcompatibility and fault tolerant was applying in hardware and software of control system, andthe communications between the control station was studied. Consequently, the safety of thestaff was improved in workface, and man-less control would be gradually realized in ful–ly-mechanized coal mining face.The conclusion obtained provide practical significance and reference value to designcontrol system rationally,improve working performance of equipment and increaseproductivity in fully-mechanized coal mining face.
