This study targets to Qianyanzhou agro-ecosystems and was conducted in the cityof Ji’an in the Jiangxi province. The migration and transformation of ammonia-nitrite-nitrates in groundwater was studied under the hydro geological conditions. With realresults and experiments data, the research plots were separated regularly and generalizedboundary conditions by analyzing different soil using styles and reaction factors. Andthe groundwater flow and pollutions transport were also simulated by VisualMODFLOW. The results showed that ammonia source pollution in groundwater in themiddle of the research plots was very serious. And the effectiveness of fertilizering inthe field and orangery gradually decreased with increasing groundwater depth. Moreover, the nitrate source pollution in groundwater at the bottom of the research plotswas also seriously due to rainfall and agriculture production. During the migration andtransformation of ammonia-nitrite-nitrates in groundwater, the major factors are pH,filtering state of manganese and total iron, and there is a significantly different betweenthe concentrations of three factors and the contents of ammonia-nitrite-nitrates ingroundwater. The groundwater enters intensity and pollution supply intensity underrainfall and agriculture production. This applied groundwater models in the next fiveyears to predict the pollution condition of ammonia-nitrite-nitrates in groundwater. Itcan provide accordance to the sustainable development project of agro-ecosystemsoptimization, and can provide theory foundation for the water eutrophication.
