Suzuki-Miyaura Coupling Reaction Of α－bromo Disulfide Reduction Enone With Arylboronic Acid

Direct C-C bond formation is one of the most important reaction in organic chemistry.And Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling is an exceedingly powerful tool for the sp2sp2C-Cbond formation. Especially in the last two decades, this reaction can carried out under verymild conditions, without the impact of water and most functional groups, accompanied withnon-toxic byproducts, so it was widely used in the laboratory preparation and fine chemicalsfor the synthesis of useful organic molecules. Based on the above, widespread attention isattracted in recent years. Transition-metal-catalyzed C-C bond formation appears to be highlyefficient. In particular, transition-metal catalyst, such as Pd and Ni for Suzuki–Miyauracoupling reaction is one of the ways that effectively to build the C-C bondα-oxo ketene-(S,S)-acetals is a special kind of activated olefins, as its nearly a century ofresearch, that the α-oxo ketene-(S,S)-acetals chemistry has developed into an integral part ofthe organic chemistry synthesis. For many years our group has been engaged in the α-oxoketene-(S,S)-acetals chemistry research, after a long period of exploration and accumulation,in-depth study on α-oxo ketene-(S,S)-acetals has been carried out and synthesized a series ofα functionalized α-oxo ketene-(S,S)-acetals compounds. Both the ketene but also the allylhalide characteristics of the α-halogenated ketene-(S,S)-acetals, as well as importantapplications of the Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reaction in the synthesis of the C-C bond, wehave achieved Pd catalyzed α-halogenated ketene-(S,S)-acetals with arylboronic acidcross-coupling reaction.
