Because of good gender,small diameter,surface area,elastic electro-spinning fiber has a good application prospect on adsorption, filter, tissue engineering and sensor. It has certain theoretical and practical meaning to prepare elastic nanofiber with reactive groups.So far, it has not been reported that elastic nanofiber with reactive groups were used as adsorbing material.This topic combine electrostatic spinning technology with chemical modification technology to research the preparation and performance of electrospinning fiber of epoxidized SBS and its derivativ-es.The results will provide technical accumulation for the development of high performance adsorping materialsThis thesis mainly complete the following aspects:(1) preparation of ESBS and its derivatives Using PEG-600as phase transfer catalyst, adding formic acid and hydrogen peroxide on SBS peroxidation to prepare ESBS.And also investigated the effect of PEG-600concentration,formic acid and hydrogen peroxide dosage, reaction time and reaction temperature on cyclic oxidation. The experimental results showed that:When SBS/toluene solution concentration was100g/L, add H2O2in accordance with the proportion of m(H2O2)/m(SBS)=30%and add HCOOH in accordance with the proportion of n(HCOOH):n(H2O2)=1:1. Let the prepared solution react for2hours at70℃, the epoxy value was0.362using acetone-hydrochloride method and used infrared spectroscopy to characterize the epoxy groupUsing sodium hydrogencitrate and phytic acid sodium to modify ESBS,study the effect of reaction temperature, reaction time, reaction of pH on modification. The experimental results showed that:When the concentration of the solvent toluene was120g/L, n (sodium hydrogencitr-ate)/n(ESBS)=1.2; m (TEAB)/m (ESBS)=5%; m (sodium citrate):m(sodium hydrogencitrate)=0.8, stirring the mixed solution for6hours at70℃, epoxy ring opening rate could reach13.3%, bibulous rate was21.6%, emulsifying volume was22.4.When toluene solution concentration was12g/dL, n (sodium phytate)/n (ESBS)=1.2; m (TEAB)/m(ESBS)=5%, stirring the mixed solution for6hours at 70℃, epoxy ring opening rate could reach10.8%, the average emulsion volume was20.5.(2) preparation of electrospinning fiber of ESBS and its derivativesESBS electrospinning solution are measured by the surface tension instrument, viscosity instrument and electrical conductivity to find out the best solvent ratio and the right solution concentration, using SEM to characterize morphology and fineness of fibers which are obtained by various process conditions, get the best electrospinning process and complete the preparation of nanoscale fibers. The experimental results show that:using THF/DMF (quality than=3:1) for electrospinning solvent, ESBS solution concentration is10%, and under23KV voltage, receiving distance28cm, can get ESBS elastic fibers that average diameter for302nm; using THF/DMF (quality than=3:1) for electrospinning solvent, sodium hydrogencitrate modification of the electrospinning solution ESBS density is8%, and the voltage of23KV, receiving distance28cm,can get elastic fiber with206nm average diameter; using THF/DMF (quality than=3:1) for spinning solvent, and sodium ESBS modification of the electrospinning solution concentration is8%, and the voltage of23KV, receiving distance28cm, can get elastic fiber with193nm average diameter.3) research on adsorption performance of ESBS and its derivatives electrospinning fibers Use uv spectrophotometer to research the effect that sodium hydrogencitrate modified ESBS fiber membrane adsorpt the solution of methylene blue; Use EDTA titrimetric method to analysis the modified ESBS by phytic acid sodium electrospinning fiber membrane how to adsorpt the nickel ions.The experimental results show that:the adsorption process between electrospinning fiber membrane ofsodium hydrogencitr-ate modified ESBS and methylene blue solution include the physical and chemical adsorption, under50℃, methylene blue solution of12mg/L concentration and pH=8,45min will get adsorption balance, the adsorption quantity of2.385mg/g, the adsorption quantity higher than sodium hydrogencitrate modified ESBS casting membrane or ESBS fiber membrane; The phytic acid sodium salt modified ESBS fiber membrane for the nickel ions adsorption, under the condition of20℃, pH=7.5,40minutes adsorption balance of nickel ions adsorption capacity for424mg/g, the adsorption processes include the physical and chemical adsorption,nickel ions adsorption capacity, with the rise of temperature and reduce, and phytic acid sodium salt of modified ESBS fiber membrane for the nickel ions adsorption of the raw materials of the film not better, and also higher than ESBS fiber membrane.
