Carbamic esters are widely used in many fields, such as pesticide, medicine, organic intermediate, synthetic resin modify, material additives and so on. In order to improve the yield of methyl carbamate, this paper uses green method to synthesis methyl carbamate (MC). When HXTFZ is adopted, the yield of MC can reach44.90%. The optimal catalyst preparation conditions as fellow:the mesh number of supporter is20-50without pretreatments, the concentration of active component is1.0684mol·L-1, calcination temperature is350℃. The reaction conditions as fellow:the molar ratio of methanol/urea is1:8, catalyst dosage at1.5%of the total mass, reaction temperature is175℃, reaction time is2h, stirring speed is200rpm. When catalyst-EYYHW is adopted, the yield of MC can reach55.28%. The optimal reaction conditions as fellow:the molar ratio of methanol/urea is1:10, catalyst dosage at1%of the total mass, reaction temperature is145℃, reaction time is2.5h, stirring speed is300rpm.
