| Environment protection demanded clean gasoline that gave high pressure on our catalytic cracking industry. Under this background, a new FCC technology----MIP (Maximizing Iso-Paraffins) was developed to reduce the olefins in the gasoline. Based on the industrial unit and industrial data, the model for MIP reactor was studied. The main content contained:After reviewing related literature, the reaction mechanism was understood. To prepare for the MIP reactor modeling, adequate data from industrial unit was collected.Based on the qualitative analysis of flow state, three different flow models were proposed and three reactor models were deduced respectively. To select the optimizing model, data under several different operating conditions was used to measure the results. Consequently, the optimizing reactor model for MIP reactor was found. In order to check the reliability and application of the established model, data from different industrial unit was used and the calculated results showed that relative errors of most lumps was in10%, which suggested that the established model was reliable and applicable.Last part was the predicted and optimized calculation by using established reactor model. The prediction contained calculation for parameters of reactor structure and operating conditions; the optimization contained calculation for four kinds of parameters. Also, two unit operation figures were plotted, aiming at offering guidance for MIP reactor. |
