The Preparation Of Low Acid Damaged Fracturing Fluid And Study On Its Properties

This paper mainly aims at low permeability, water sensitivity and alkali sensitivityreservoir in the rfactuirng construction process of rfactuirng fluid and its broken glue duirngfarctuirng in the guarantee of performance of fractuirng lfuid mading sewing, carrying sandperformance, temperature and shear resistance, under the premise of that.Syntheticallyevaluate properties of acid rfactuirng fluid in the different conditions for finding a kind of thelow acid fractuirng fluid system for low permeability oil ifeld with low damage.According to the different conditions frozen glue performance testing, while the thickcnerwas carboxymethyl hydroxypropyl guar gum and crosslinking agent was synthetic organiczirconium. Impact of Ihe amount of thickening agent, temperature, acidity and gel breaker ongel-crosslinking were studied.And finally rfeezing conditions of carboxymethylhydroxypropyl guar gum under acidic condition was determined.Refeirng to Recommendedpractices on measuirng the properties of water-based fracturing fluid SY/T5107-2005andGeneral technical speciifcations of rfactuirng fluid SY/T6376-2008, comprehensiveperformance evaluation of two acid rfactuirng lfuid systems were made. Adding the corrosioninhibitor, cleanup additive and clay stabilizer for frozen glue,test effecting on the performance,and concludes that the three kinds of rfactuirng fluid formula: the mass rfaction ofcarboxymethyl hydroxypropyl guar gum is03%?0.5%, that of corrosion inhibitor is0.1%,that of row agent is0.4%?0,6%，that of gel breaking agent is0.06%. The expeirmental resultsshow that the rheological property of the three fractuirng fluid acid fractuirng fluid is good,shear stability and good performance with sand, filtration coeiffcient is small, the glue residueless.According assessment damage of the core lfow of expeirments of rfacturing fluidfiltration liquid formula, while aiming at low permeability alkali sensitivity reservoir ofzhen-229,zheii-232,and the yuan-433，we can get the conc!usion:the core damage rate of theNo.1rfactuirng lfuid formula in atfer fractuirng is27%and40%, respectively,the core damagerate of the No.2fractuirng fluid to the core of the formula is between14.3%and15.5%,besides,the core damage rate the No.3fractuirng fluid formula is30%, they are used in lowpermeability alkali sensitivity reservoir suitably.
