Pipelines transportation is one of the energy transfer ways.It plays an important orle inthe development of economic if it can guarantee the pipelines work safely and prevent theleakage accidents of pipelines.The leakage accidents in pipelines transportation not onlycausc loss of mateiral, but also pollute the environment,’ whats more, it may lead to seirouscasualty-With the development of energy channels on land and on the sca,the leakagedetection of pipelines is increasingly outstanding. The leakage detection of pipelines is amulti-field object*which involved many subjects, such as pipeline thermodynamicsfhydrodynamics, sensor technology, subtle signal detection and signal processing.The research on the leakage dctcction of well area gatheirng trunk, take the dynamicsimulation method,which is less researched resently.Building a virtual pipeline which isoperating synchronously with the real pipeline by establishing a mathematical model, it canjudge whether the leakage of pipeline happens and determine the location of leakage point bythe method of compairng the measured value with the simulation value.The main effortsaccomplished can be summed up as the following aspects:1.Calculate the isothermal oil pipelines and heating pipelines in theory, so as to conifrmthe formulas of density and specific heat capacity which arc changed with the temperature f iftout the formula of viscosity-temperature curve by determining viscosity in the lab.2.Deirvatethe formula of pressure-temperature by using the leakage method of dynamicsimulation method and mathematical model, at the same time, use algoirthm of four orderRunge-Kutta to solve the mathematical model.3.Solve the equation of thermal、hydraulic power and algoirthm of four orderRunge-Kulla by the sotfware of MATLAB, take the dates of pipelines gathered by DCS toinitial conditions, then, verify the dynamic simulation method*what’s more, compare thelocation of leakage point of isothermal oil pipelines with heating pipelines.4-Though changing of four order Runge-Kutta iteration times, contrast the number ofiterations which can influence of positioning accuracy.5.Though analyzing15sets of dale in normal condition and one set of date in leakage condition which are gathered by DCS, determine the alarm threshold of pipeline which isrfom oil ifeld united station of Liu Gou to transfer station of Wu Qi.6.0n the basic of wirting a program of leakage detection of pipeline by dynamicsimulation method, designing a sotfware of leakage detection by MATLAB GUI,...
