| For solve the plastic gathered into a rounded mass in storing-transporting, and preparation of high-performance urea formaldehyde molding compound, this paper has studied in detail the influence on the quality of urea-formaldehyde resin, processing properties, mechanical properties and thermal stability of urea formaldehyde molding compound from compound high temperature latent curing agent, raw material index and displace cellulose fillers.Through compare the solidification formation and DSC of the new curing agent which compound by para-aminobenzenesulfonic acid,4-methylbenzenesulfonic acid with amin and currently combine curing agent CB(GW-4+SE). Combine with (NH4)2S2O8, hexamethylenetetramine and SE. The result of research show that the optimal quantity addition of the new compound curing agent is5%o of resin (mass fractional). Compare with CB, onset temperature increase30-50℃, and peak temperature increase10℃. To sum up the mechanical property, the curing property and molding appearance, combine with②b system have the best purpose in the two series curing agent. Its propitious to solve the "died materiel", and have a significant activity to the extrusion molding of urea formaldehyde molding compound.The serviceability of urea-formaldehyde resin and fibrefill is the major factor of manufacturing procedure to amino moulding plastic. In this article, regulate the alcohol degree and acidity of formaldehyde, compare the different model wood pulp paper to study the effect of plastic. Generalize the optimally exponential of formaldehyde. The result show that when the acidity is0.015%, alcohol degree is2.5%, the flow properties185mm and solidification formation time24s. The short fiber length wood pulp paper is suitable to manufacture great flow properties plastic.This paper make a study of the effect of the size and mass of wood flour, the fitting coupling agent, mass of latent curing agent using in wood-amino moulding plastic, aim to exploitation the wood-amino moulding plastic using wood flour instead of the wood pulp paper. The result show that in the system of the wood-amino moulding plastic, the optimal quantity addition of the coupling agent A is1.5%of wood flour (mass fractional), the size of wood flour is80-120order, the mass addition of the wood flour is22%of resin(mass fractional), the latent curing agent is4.5‰of resin(mass fractional). |
