We borrow ideas from foreign sewage treatment concept, the central treatment is given priority, the decentral sanitation and reuse services. In the waste water treatment lag area, we should accept the distributed sewage treatment mode. TUBAF, as a kind of distributed sewage treatment, is used in the treatment of factory sewage. The ceramisite material is used in TUBAF, and investigated its processing power without pretreatment conditions. Analyzes the contribution of processing power which comes from the first and second sect of TUBAF.When the water temperature is between12.5and17.1℃,the time of the natural biomembrane is28days. Start-up phase water flow is5.98L/h,Hydraulic retention time is2.13h,the volume rate of the air and water is8. From the turbidity、CODcr and ammonia nitrogen three aspects analyzes the start-up phase TUBAF operation effect. The results show that the first sect filter’s advantage bacteria is heterotrophic bacteria and the second filter’s advantage bacteria is autotrophic bacteria. The relative stable and high CODcr eliminate rate taken as a parameter indicating whether the first sect filter biomembrane is successful. The relative stable and high ammonia-nitrogen eliminate rate taken as a parameter indicating whether the second sect filter biomembrane is successful.In operation stage inspected the CODcr volume load、ammonia nitrogen load and hydraulic loading capacity of factors TUBAF processing power influence. The results show that the ability of removing turbidity and CODcr is good. If you want to improve the CODcr removal efficiency, should properly increased the first sect’s CODcr volume load, and reduce the second sect’s CODcr volume load. That means we should reduce the filter layer height in the first sect, and increase the second sect. Because the raw water ammonia nitrogen high concentration, and the experimental process water temperature is low, go against the denitrifying bacteria growth, TUBAF for ammonia nitrogen removal ability is limited. Examine the hydraulic loading were0.94,1.59,1.92m3/m2·h, turbidity、CODcr、ammonia nitrogen、total nitrogen and total phosphorus removal ability influence, average removal rate decreases with hydraulic loading. Along with the increase of the hydraulic loading, based mainly exists in the first sect by Nitrosomas bacteria into mainly exists in the second sect.The first sect filter uses5~8mm ceramisite as filter material, the second filter material is3-5mm ceramisite, By summaring the organics removal dynamics, a model of organic removal is achieved as following: First sect UBAF: Second sect UBAF:...
