Therefore, aimed at the point of the purification of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose that can effectively enlarge the applied range of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, the major purpose in this task it to improve the purification of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose based on the existing technique, to research the impact of liquid to solid ratio on washing effect on the basis of the method of alcohol washing; to research the washing effect of the method of precipitation of acid alcoholic solution on the basis of purification technique of the method of acid washing with the application of spectrophotometer method accurately measuring the washing effect.Cross-linking sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is a kind of medical auxiliary material. It is used as the disintegrating agent of tablets for its capillary action and expansive action. Besides, it is also known as super disintegrating agent for its fine disintegrating effect, fast speed, evenly dispersed and wide scope of application.What are researched in this task are two preparation methods of cross-linking sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, which are the ones that is etherification ahead of being cross-linked and being cross-linked ahead of etherification. The impact of the dosage of cross-linking agent on the properties of extent of cross-linking reaction, gel content of products and swelling ratio is researched. It is discovered from the research that the cross-linking sodium carboxymethyl cellulose prepared from the method of being cross-linked ahead of etherification has a better swelling ratio and sediment volume.Summing up the above, in this paper, the related experiment research is made mainly aimed at the purification of carboxymethyl cellulose and crosslinking, and the preparation method of carboxymethyl cellulose is explored and tested with analysis and discussion.
