High speed cutting technology is an advanced manufacturing technology inrecently20years which developed rapidly.The purpose is to improve theprocessing efficiency, improve the surface quality, reduce the cutting force in theprocesses, enhance the accuracy of the machining, complete the processing withlow production cost.The main feature is high cutting speed, high feeding speedand high machining accuracy. Nowadays, in the aerospace, national defense, andother important field, high speed cutting have been widely used.This article carry out a series of high speed milling experiments according tothe twist plan which material is aviation aluminum alloy7475-T7351.combiningthe test established the mathematical model of the processing surfaceroughness,and do some simulation research on the surface microstructure,usinganalyze the geometrical parameters and cutting parameters on the surfaceroughness affect with the mathematical model of the surface roughness,establishes the foundation for studying the effect factors on the quality of thesurface further. The main research contents are as follows:First of all, the aricle analyzes the influencing rule, including rake angle,clearance and the corner radius and the different geometrical parameter foraviation aluminum alloy surface roughness of7475in single factor experimentmethod,then use the single factor and orthogonal test, analyzes the influence lawof cutting parameters,base on the uniform dataThe paper first single factor experiment method, this paper analyzes theanterior horn, including cutting tools and the tip of the arc radius, the differentgeometrical parameter for aviation aluminum alloy surface roughness of7475theinfluence law; Then the single factor and established the surface roughnessforecast model with SPSS, it is concluded directly influence of the cutting parameters on the surface roughness the relationship. Provide reference basis forpractical production.Secondly using the surface roughness mathematical model and combining withMatlab software, to construct the ideal situation, Vibration machine, Spindlepartial set, mathematical model simulate all sorts of the surface morphology, andthe use of the microscope to test the surface morphology, verify the effectivenessof the surface topography simulation.Finally, using the genetic algorithm to optimize the cutting parameters, andestablish the cutting parameters optimization and morphology simulation system,vetify the effectiveness of the milling experiments optimized parameters.This artical studies have a certain theory value and practical significance.inimproving the surface quality of the aluminum alloy, solving practical problemsin production enterprise, and promoting the cutting technology progress.
