With the rapid development of economy, many environmental problems also have beenbrought about. Many researches of MSW harmless disposal also have been launched insuccession. Incineration method as the main method to dispose of hazardous waste, canrealize volume reductive, resourceful and harmless treatment, and have the advantage of smalloccupation area, stable operation, short processing time and heat energy recycling and so on.Incineration thermal treatment technology gradually becomes the mainstream technology inour country and even the world range of MSW treatment.MSWI fly ash contains a large number of toxic heavy metals and their compounds, andhas high leaching efficiency, belong to hazardous waste, and must be properly disposal.MSWI fly ash high temperature thermal treatment is widely used, because of its advantages ofsignificant reduction, high harmless degree, realizing the resource utilization and so on.With the increase of sludge production in our country, how to deal with the large numberof surplus sludge is no time to delay. Sludge thermal treatment has been widely used with theadvantages of making the sludge volume greatly reduced, killing organic micro—pollutants,removing dioxins and so on. But because of heavy metals which are discharged by the processof sludge thermal treatment harm to human beings and environment, which seriously restrictsto the development and implement of sludge thermal treatment technology in our country. Sothe research of sludge incineration has very important significance on environmentalmanagement and waste reuse.This paper uses thermodynamic equilibrium calculation software HSC Chemistry6.0toanalyze of heavy metals of MSWI fly ash and sludge incineration. The study mainly usesGibbs free energy as calculation theory criterion, and bases on the real fly ash and sludgemeasured data to set up the simulation system, and uses the part of Equilibrium Compositionsof thermodynamic equilibrium calculation software HSC—Chemistry6.0to calculate. Thestudy research under an ideal situation comes to the conclusion of distribution and migration characteristics of Cu, Cd, Pb, Zn, Ni, Cr of heavy metals of MSWI fly ash and sludgeincineration, and analyzes of the conclusion of the main product of heavy metal of MSWI flyash and sludge incineration after high temperature thermal treatment in different workingconditions, and bases on the simulation results and relevant experiment to preliminary studyabout harmless treatment.
